TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ingredients
All cakes are made in premises where nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens are present. Customers concerned with food allergies should be aware of this risk.
Order
Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by interpretation of that cake and will not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture or photo.
Cake, models or flowers may contain wire, cocktail sticks or crystals, which should not be eaten. It will be your responsibility to remove these, as appropriate, before serving the cake.
Servings
Portion guides are approximate and dependent on correct cutting. We cannot be held responsible for shortfalls in portions.
Storage
Cakes covered in Sugar paste is not designed to be refrigerated and should be stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight preferably in the box or cellophane they were supplied in, and must be consumed within 2 days. Refrigeration may cause condensation and colours to run.
Fresh cream cakes should be refrigerated and consumed within two days.
Delivery
If Collected it is the customers responsibility to ensure the safety of the cake to its required destination.Cakes to be collected from 44 Kirton Road Greetwell Brigg DN20 9NF. We will not be held liable for any damage to the cake once it has left the premises.
Subject to availability and prior agreement cakes will be charged at £1 per mile travelled to delivery destination (minimum delivery charge £5). Delivery and set up is included in the total cost on orders over £200 within 20mile radius (any additional mile will be charged as above).
Payment
and Deposit
A 50% non-redundable deposit is required to confirm your booking with the balance paid 1 week before collection/delivery date(excluding wedding orders where the remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding date). Failure to do so without agreement may result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
Refund and Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable. However, it can be transferred to a later date or different order.
Payment of your deposit confirms acceptance of this contract.
